Las parabólicas torres policromadas
Alzan su mirada sobre la ciudad
 
Señoriales ellas con sus pináculos de mosaico veneciano
Anunciando su resplandor, que simbolizan la mitra episcopal
Geometría del espacio, del tiempo de la vida es
Recogiendo en su interior el sentir del autor, con
Armónica interrelación entre plástica y estética
Donde se logra la integración entre contenido y continente, donde
Abundan las formas geométricas regladas
 
Formando un bosque de columnas arborescentes con formas helicoidales
Armónico y estético luce el templo con planta de cruz latina, que
Murmullos de admiración levanta
Intentando adsorber lo que la naturaleza interpreta
La fina luz penetra a través de sus vidrieras coloreadas
Inundando de luz el bosque de sentimientos
Amparada en la penumbra del sentir.

    The strategic goals of the Institute are (1) to develop the capability of the members to manage hazardous
    waste and other wastes, (2) to develop capability of members to participate and influence worldwide
    negotiations related to hazardous waste and chemical substances, (three) to reinforce implementation of the hazardous waste
    and chemical substances conventions, (4) to
    enhance regional research and monitoring of chemical substances and
    hazardous waste, (5) to facilitate entry to and
    transfer of applied sciences for sound management of hazardous waste and (6) to disseminate information on environmentally sound administration of hazardous waste and chemicals.
    These strategic targets might be achieved by way of training
    programmes, tasks and improvement of collaborative linkages
    between establishments. The Africa Institute will serve
    as a platform that can build capacity of
    its members to face and arrest the challenges of hazardous waste and different wastes and chemical substances.
    To do so it needs to construct networks inside the region and beyond.
    It needs to encourage sharing of experiences, expertise
    and resources.
